DREAMING ELI is a newly established fashion brand by the London-based Italian designer, Elisa Trombatore.

After graduating with the MA in Fashion at Central Saint Martins in 2021, her graduate collection, supported by the Isabella Blow Foundation, has been featured in several magazines, such as Vogue Runway, Vogue Italia Talents, i-D Italy, 10Magazine and more, attracting the attention of many celebrity stylists.

DREAMING ELI’s collections are meant to demonstrate the power, danger, and beauty of contradiction inherent in femininity. The ultimate goal is to empower women through design, giving them tools to rebel against stereotypes and glorify their true selves.
​
The designer’s obsession with female empowerment comes from her Sicilian heritage and the experience of a totally submissive and passionate womanhood. She firmly believes that it’s from powerless environments that the most potent forces can arise.

Having made its debut in London Fashion Week in 2021, with the support of Discovery Lab, the brand has since become a consistent presence, showcasing two collections annually, in the evening schedule of LFW.

At DREAMING ELI, sustainability is an ongoing commitment woven into every aspect of our brand. We embrace a slow fashion model, producing each piece on a made-to-order basis to eliminate excess stock and material waste. Our approach prioritises circularity, integrating carefully sourced deadstock fabrics, upcycled vintage materials, and design techniques that extend the lifespan of our garments. To further reduce waste, we offer repair services, ensuring that our pieces remain wearable for years to come.
Additionally, many of our designs incorporate adjustable elements, allowing for a more versatile fit, ensuring a piece can be worn for a lifetime. We recognise that sustainability is a continuous journey, we are dedicated to refining our practices and finding innovative ways to reduce our environmental footprint.
