REFUND POLICY & REPAIRS

All sales are final.

At Dreaming Eli, each piece is meticulously made to order based on your individual measurements. As a result, we are unable to offer refunds. However, we understand the importance of your satisfaction. If you encounter any issues, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, including a clear description and sufficient visual proof of the concern.

If you receive a piece that is damaged / defective or with factory faults, we can offer replacements once the original piece is returned and received at our studio. We will gladly offer alterations where possible.

We are proud to offer a lifetime service for all Dreaming Eli pieces. Should your garment require repair over time, we are happy to assist in restoring its beauty and ensuring its longevity.

THE MAKING PROCESS

Every Dreaming Eli creation is lovingly handcrafted in our London studio. We offer complimentary fitting sessions, which are recommended (where possible). Our pieces are made using organic dyeing techniques and carefully sourced sustainable deadstock and vintage fabrics. Our designer, Elisa, personally hand-drapes every garment, sculpting each one with care and intention, making each piece inherently unique. No two pieces are ever the same.

Please note that while we strive for consistency, subtle variations in colour, texture, or detail are a natural part of our process and contribute to the individuality and unique nature of your garment. The product images on our website should be viewed as a reference only. This makes each Dreaming Eli piece a one of a kind.

SHIPPING

All orders are dispatched from our studio in London. Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to local customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Dreaming Eli is not liable for any additional import charges incurred upon delivery.

We aim to ship all pieces within 4 weeks from the order being place. If there is a specific date you need your piece for please contact us at studio@dreamingeli.com & will try our best to accommodate.
